The two existing types of peeling
- The mechanical medical peeling otherwise called dermabrasion
- Chemical peels (3 types)
The lightest peeling is the peels with glycolic acid, it can make a super cleansing of the skin, it is also ideal for the treatment of acne. It safe for the skin and for health and requires no social eviction since the resumption of the activity is immediate.
The medium peeling is the TCA (trichloroacetic acid) peeling that erases wrinkles and repair wrinkled skin. Different concentrations of TCA exists, depending on the intensity of the peeling. Unlike the mild peeling, this peeling requires a social eviction for about a week because of the discomfort it causes.
The light means peeling
The product used is a product of very dilute acid: glycolic acid, trichloroacetic acid, salicylic acid, etc.
Progress in 3 phases
- Apply a cream three weeks before the meeting in order to prepare the skin
- The doctor applies the product on the face. The skin will start to flake off gradually. Just apply a moisturizer or a blanket basis to hide the desquamation.
- Protect its skin from the Sun during the 2 months following the treatment
What are the benefits of peeling?
The resumption of the work can be done immediately. It presents no risk of pigmentation disorder and can even be used on the Matt skins.
What is the duration of the intervention?
A peeling session lasts about 20 minutes. To have a good result, three to six sessions spaced 10 to 15 days are recommended.
What is the price?
From €60 the meeting area, and € 100 for a mild peeling or anti acne facial.
This peeling is the ideal technique for acne, oily skin, spots, and wrinkles. If you want to treat wrinkles and acne scars too important, we recommend to make a medium peeling. Thanks to the prior preparation, all pigmentation even problems are eliminated.
One can combine sessions of peeling with radiofrequency, mesolift, or exposure to the LED light sessions.
