The RF (radio-frequency) is a medical technique in aesthetic referred to obtain a retension of the skin through stimulation of the fibroblast cells inducing the synthesis of new collagen (neo-collagenose).
It takes on average 8 meetings and sessions of maintenance to obtain visible and lasting results.
The fractional radiofrequency device delivers energy in a precise way on the skin by a matrix consisting of a multitude of points. Called this fractional treatment as delivered energy is focused only at the level of each point, thus leaving intact areas that enhance the healing process. Thanks to this advanced technology, thermal remodeling is done without alteration of the skin surface. This action resurfacing and the thermal impact have combined effects: ablative, semi-ablatifs and restructuring.

Initially used for the treatment of cancer of the prostate, ultra high-intensity focused sounds are now used in aesthetic medicine in a few Centres in France.
The mechanism of action of focused ultrasound is as the concentration of the Sun's rays which pass through of a magnifying glass. It creates a strong rise in the temperature around the focal point, when all light rays are focused in one point.
HIFU treatment is non-invasive (no surgery) used in humans since 1993, this is no more an experimental treatment and demonstrated its therapeutic effectiveness.
No irradiation treatment, ultrasound is harmless waves that are used among others for imaging of pregnancy. With HIFU technology its same harmless waves are just focused and more intensive to have a therapeutic effect and treat sagging skin of the face for example.
